CASH ON DELIVERY
Following terms and conditions are created keeping in mind that most of the products on website are fragile items. By availing Cash on Delivery facility, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
- Cash on Delivery facility with all orders.
- In case of Cash On Delivery, confirmation will be taken from the recipient over the call.
- We will then get back to you with your Return Request Status within 2-3 days of receiving your request mail with pictures. Once your return request has been accepted, we will arrange a reverse pick up for the product in question. It usually takes about 2-3 working days for organizing a pickup and 7-10 dys for delivery at our warehouse.
- Only cash payments will be accepted before the package/ order is handed over under the COD format. Demand Draft/ Cheques will not be accepted for orders booked under the COD method of payment. It is strictly a cash-only payment method. E-Gift Vouchers or store credit cannot be used for COD orders. Foreign currency cannot be used to make a COD payment.
- Any dispute arising out is subject to the jurisdiction of New Delhi.
