Shipping Charges:
- FREE standard shipping on all prepaid orders.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, a shipping charge of Rs 150/- will be levied, irrespective of the order value.
Shipping Process:
- Dispatch Time:
- We strive to dispatch orders within 3-4 business days from the date of order confirmation.
- Delivery Time:
- The delivery time varies based on your location. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched, allowing you to track the delivery status.
- Delivery Attempts:
- Our courier partners will make multiple attempts to deliver your package. If unsuccessful, they will leave a notification, and you may need to contact them to reschedule or pick up the package from their facility.
Important Notes:
- Shipping Fee Inclusions:
- Shipping charges cover packaging, handling, and shipping costs.
- COD Shipping Charges:
- The Rs 150/- shipping charge for COD orders is a flat fee, regardless of the order value.
- Change of Shipping Address:
- Please ensure the accuracy of your shipping address. Changes in the address after the order is dispatched may incur additional charges.
